本轮SSW接近顶峰，10hpa平均纬向风已经转东风，平流层高层上极地已被极高占领，极涡呈多中心分散在环北极区域
另外，本次Wave2也相当强烈，是2009逆天SSW之后最强的一次。

NCDC报告：2012年12月，北半球陆地平均气温在2008年1月后，时隔59个月再度出现负距平，-0.0766度

1月17日的积雪和SSTA

短期内环流形势稳定，三个极涡且偏北，中纬度西风相对平直。

猜测回归拉尼娜的概率更大一些，当然时间可能等得较长

是啊，CPC和EC的次表层监测分析图也一样，海平面高度距平也显著进入拉尼娜状态。

不过数值依然在演绎中性状态。

"Southern Oscillation Index:

The Southern Oscillation Index (SOI) has risen over the past two weeks, recovering from the dip associated with tropical cyclone Evan, and is once again neutral. The latest (13 January) 30-day SOI value is +1.0.

Sustained positive values of the SOI above +8 may indicate a La Niña event, while sustained negative values below −8 may indicate an El Niño event. Values of between about +8 and −8 generally indicate neutral conditions. "

目前看来2013年回归拉妮娜是早晚问题，SOI估计将保持上升势头
